3/4" 7/8" 1" Blue UHMWPE Single Slot Sucker Rod Guide For Oilfield

 

Sucker rod centralizers or rod guides keep the rod and couplings away from the tubing to eliminate the internal tubing wear, also can keep paraffin off the tubing as paraffin scrapers. The sucker rod guides minimize costly metal-to-metal contact between the sucker rods and tubing. Even when the tubing buckles during upstrokes, the guides help prevent contact between the rods and tubing.

 

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

Process Sucker Rod Centralizer:
1.Precondition: To ensure that the temperature of the workshop is not less than -20℃.
2.Drying: the raw material is dried in 100℃ hot air, making its humidity less than 0.1%.
3.Equipment debugging: power and water supply of equipment,then install the mould, cleaning equipment and raw material barrel.
4.Raw material melt: the melting temperature of HTN51G35HSLR.
5.Mold temperature: the mold temperature of the processed HTN51G35HSLR material is 145℃, and the mold temperature of the processed HTN53G50HSLR is 100℃.
6.Processing: the nozzle temperature is 290 ℃, plasticizing area one temperature is 285 ℃,plasticizing area two temperature is 275 ℃, plasticizing area three temperature is 260 ℃, injection pressure is 110 bar, flow is 90 cc/min.
7.After the first product is produced, it will be testing the size, and the batch production will be start after the testing.
