High-performance mud pump liners designed for F800 series pumps and interchangeable with major international brands including BOMCO, EMSCO, IDECO, OILWELL, GARDNER DENVER, NATIONAL, SKYTOP, OPI, WIRTH, and WILSON pump parts.
Bimetallic Liner Specifications
- Material: ZG45 steel outer shell with high chromium cast iron inner lining
- Hardness: HRC 60-65 on inner liner surface
- Tensile Strength: Over 900,000 psi outer liner
- Manufacturing: Hot-pressed carbon steel outer liner with centrifugal-cast high-chromium alloy inner liner
Ceramic Liner Advantages
- Service Life: 5x longer than bimetallic liners, up to 4000 hours
- Applications: Deep oil reservoirs, hard stratum, offshore oil and gas exploitation
