Bimetal Liner Specifications
Material: ZG45 steel cylinder lined with high chromium cast iron
Hardness: HRC 60-65 on cylinder inner liner
Production Process: Advanced bimetal construction combining abrasion-resistant hot-forged outer liner with corrosion-resistant high-chrome inner liner. Outer liner manufactured from premium carbon steel via hot pressing with tensile strength exceeding 900,000 PSI. Inner liner produced from high-chromium alloy using centrifugal casting technology.

Ideal for demanding environments including deep oil reservoirs, hard stratum, and offshore oil/gas operations
