API 11B Alloy Steel Sucker Rod - 5/8" to 1-1/8" Diameter, 414-1500 MPa Strength for Oil Drilling
Sucker rods are critical components in oilfield production equipment, connecting with couplings to form rod strings that transmit reciprocating motion from pumping units to downhole pumps or torque from PCP motors to downhole progressive cavity pumps.
Manufactured from fine carbon steel with medium strength, excellent plasticity, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for sour medium environments where resistance to sulphuric stress cracking is essential.
Constructed from fine alloy steel with high strength, superior plasticity, and extended service life after heat treatment. Suitable for non-corrosive or light-corrosion oil-well applications.
Super-high strength rods with identical dimensions to Grade D but capable of reaching 966-1195 MPa strength. Designed for deep oil-wells or high-capacity pump operations.
Manufactured from premium Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steel with varying nickel content. Provides enhanced anti-corrosion performance for strong corrosion environments in shallow, medium, and deep wells respectively.
