Our 3" and 4" Flexible High Pressure Steel Wire Braided Rotary Vibrator Drilling Hose is engineered for demanding industrial applications. Constructed with NBP composition, this hose features exceptional oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and acid/alkali resistance capabilities.
The hose incorporates 2-8 layers spiraled with single high-strength steel wire, bonded with rubber to create a complete and durable construction. The outer cover is primarily CR fabricated, providing oil resistance, abrasion resistance, weatherproofing, and anti-aging properties.
Ideal for oil fields, cementing operations, well repairing, geological explorations, small drilling machines, and water conveyance at coal excavations. Designed to carry slurry, water, and other fluids in environmental temperatures ranging from -30°C to +82°C.
