Engineering Design & Operation
The shale shaker comprises a feeding tank, base, screening box, and vibration motors. Six isolation springs support the screening box on the base, while three mesh screens of varying specifications are installed on the working surface. The innovative dual-motor vibration system creates linear movement through counter-rotating motors, making it particularly effective in challenging geological conditions.
