Product Overview
MA series mud agitator is an essential component of drilling fluids solids control equipment, designed to agitate and mix drilling mud to prevent solid particles from settling in circulating tanks and maintain consistent drilling fluid performance.
Construction & Design
The agitator features a robust construction comprising explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, motor base, and blade assembly. The motor connects to the speed reducer, and the speed reducer connects to the impeller shaft via durable steel couplings. The impeller is equipped with four welded blades for optimal mixing efficiency.
