Key Design Features
C-Center jet design prevents ball formation, eliminates fluid areas, and accelerates drilling cuttings upward
High saturation NBR bearings reduce sealing pressure and improve reliability
G-Gauge protection enhances measuring capability and extends service life
Additional teeth row between rear taper and outflow trims borehole and protects cones
Advanced Structural Components
Cutting Structure: Premium tungsten carbide hardfacing on tooth surfaces enhances wear resistance for steel tooth bits. New formulas and techniques improve insert durability.
Gauge Structure: Multiple gauge protection with trimmers and inserts, plus tungsten carbide hardfacing on shirttail, increases gauge holding capacity and bearing life.
Bearing Structure: High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces, ball-locked cones, hardfaced head surfaces, and friction-reducing alloy with silver plating.
Seal & Lubrication: Advanced metal seal package with two metal seals and elastic energizers. Pressure compensator system and premium grease ensure reliable lubrication.
