Operating Principle
During well control operations, high-pressure hydraulic oil (10.5Mpa) enters the close-cavity beneath the piston, driving the plastic core upward along the ball surface. This action compresses the bearing tendons, forcing the rubber elements toward the well center to seal drilling tools or completely close the wellhead. For opening, hydraulic pressure enters the open-cavity above the piston, pushing the piston downward and allowing the plastic core to reset via its natural elasticity.
