GMP PET Bottles Oral Liquid Filling Machine Ceramic Pump Method

1. Brief introduction.

• This filling production line was designed by our own company with automatic bottle unscrambler, air cleaning machine, ceramic pump filling, plug and cap sorting vibratory disk, automatic plugging and capping mechanism, automatic inspection screen(Optional) and labeling machine. This filling line stable running speed is 60~80 bottles/min. 

2. Features :

• Filling accuracy: down to ±1%, depending on product and dispense volumes.
• Filling speed: 60~80 bottles per minute at 30 ml; fill speeds proportional to fill volume. Label machine: Sticker labeling machine.

2.1. Automatic bottle unscrambler.

The unscramble machine adopt leading design of mechanical structure and electronic, through professional and technical parameters of the actual application integration from large numbers of users, which make it perfect and stably.

2.2. Bottle cleaning machine with UV light tunnel.

The PET and glass bottle air cleaning machine adopt the home and abroad advanced working principle and mechanical structure as well as electrical design, to ensure dust cleaning reliable and stably.

2.3. Filling plugging capping machine.

When the bottles come to the star wheel, the machine will start filling plugging and capping process. The whole fillling system is controlled by one main drive of 4 ceramic pumps. 2 plugging heads and 2 screw capping head.

2.4. Inspection machine.(We leave space for customer, customer will install)

When the bottles transported to the inspection area, workers will check bottles and find out defect ones through eyes with lumination light, 800 lux. Black background and white background is optiaonal.

2.5. Labeling machine.

After inspection machine, the bottles will be delivered to vertical type round bottle labeling machine, which will finish sticker labeling. (printing the batch number, production date, expiration date etc. is for your optional)
