Blood Serum Speedy Aseptic Filling Line Large Volume Liquid Machine

1. Brief introduction

Animal serum filling machine was designed by our own company with automatic bottle feed in platform, servo drive bottle separating and positioning, bottle transported to aseptic environment, unscrew the bottle cap, filling and capping, shrink sleeve labeling, shrinking. This production line stable running speed is around 20 bottles/min.

2. The features of production line 

• This filling line is designed especially for 100ml, 200ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 2000ml serum products and other large volume liquid aseptic filling use.
• The aseptic filling overall arrangement is compact, reasonable and with higher capacity than other production line. Let us take an example of 500ml bottle. The speed can get to 21 to 28 bottles per minute using the aseptic filling production line while it would be 15 to 20 bottles per minute for the regular production line. And this aseptic filling line could be customized to customers' requirment.
• The modular design makes it easier and more convenient to replace the spare parts.
• CIP and SIP and the relevent system units are optional to customers' requirment.
• 100Laminar FFU is also optional.
• most  parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material, in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.
