MEPER 80FD Automatic Blow Moulding Machine
An Extrusion Blow Molding Machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for shaping plastic materials. It starts by melting plastic resin, commonly using types such as HDPE, LDPE, polypropylene (PP), or PVC.
Once the plastic is melted, the machine extrudes it into a hollow tube known as a parison. This parison serves as the foundation for the molding process.
The next step involves closing a mold around the parison. With the mold securely in place, air is blown into the parison, causing it to expand and take the exact shape of the mold cavity.
After the plastic has cooled and solidified within the mold, the machine then ejects the finished hollow product, ready for further processing or use.
