The MP100FD operates on a continuous extrusion blow molding principle. Plastic raw material is fed through the hopper into the 80mm barrier screw, where it is plasticized and homogenized under controlled barrel temperatures. The molten parison is extruded through the accumulator die head into the open mold. Upon closing, compressed air inflates the parison against the cooled mold cavity walls. After cooling and solidification, the mold opens, and the finished product is ejected with automatic flash trimming. All process parameters including temperature zones, extrusion speed, blowing pressure, cooling time, and clamp force are precisely controlled through the PLC system with recipe storage capability for repeatable production quality.
