Mold Material:

  German SS2316: It gives longer life time and easy mainternance. Stainless steel can prohibit the mold getting rusty. And it provides high strength for neck striking and auto deflashing. 

  Al7075+BrCu: It shotens the cycle time because the neck as BrCu is good for water cooling. And it provides the machine faster and smoother movement as Al7075 is a kind of light material.
