Lifting device and lifting
The major function of lifting device is to adjust the distance from head bottom to mould top.
Platform of extrusion machine can adjust up and down by shaking the handle in the back and transmission device of turbo wheel & turbo bar.
It is made up of turbo wheel, turbo bar, line tooth taper gear, transmission axle and shaking handle.
The major functions of lifting are:
1) Voiding accumulation of running materials in mould bottle mouth;
2) Preventing material pipe from touching mould;
3) Helping cutter to cut material pipe smoothly.
Two oil cylinders are located in platform front. They lift the whole platform of extrusion machine and lifting was realized. It is mainly made up of lifting oil cylinder.
