Technical Features
GPBW/GPBF guide bushings feature highly wear-resistant copper cast alloy with sliding surfaces evenly embedded with solid lubricant plugs. The high-strength copper alloy provides exceptional load-bearing capacity while the solid lubricant forms a low-friction film during operation.
Under technical dry running conditions, the bearing surface is engineered with a thick running-in film that enables the solid lubricant to transfer to the counter material upon initial contact, ensuring optimal performance from the start.
