Key Features of Oil-free Slide Units for Loose Core
- Dimensions for inclined pin edge cutout and screw size (PM) available in reference tables
- Counterbore on inclined pin holder accommodates socket head cap screw with spring washer
- Dual mounting options: screwing into ejector plate or screwing into unit
- For unit mounting, use socket head cap screw corresponding to BM in bolt hole dimensions
- For plate mounting, select rank below corresponding BM (M6 screw when BM is M8)
- Apply grease prior to mounting for wear protection during initial running-in
- Recommended bushing use for long stroke applications to support inclined pin
