INW-Q10 Solid Lubricant Inlaid Spherical Plain Bearing
The INW-Q10 solid-lubricant-inlaid spherical plain bearing features a bronze backing with specific formulation, angle, and density support. Precision-compounded solid lubricants are inlaid in the bushing for superior performance.
These bearings are engineered for demanding applications including continuous casting machines, mining machinery, marine equipment, steam turbines, and water conservancy projects.
Manufactured from high-quality low-carbon steel or stainless steel using specialized techniques, these hardened steel bushings can be surface carburized to enhance hardness. They are widely utilized in automotive industry applications and heavy-duty machinery.
Headed Press Fit Bush is designed for applications where bushing replacement is not required during the jig's service life. Press Fit Bushings are available with grinding stock on the O.D. for customer plant fitting or finish ground to precise press fit dimensions.
