The HTM Series have a valve to adjust inflation. Polyform valves can be attached to an air pump and inflated using:
1) a tapered nozzle blow gun,
2) a Polyform Inflation Adapter with any standard tire pump connection, or
3) a Polyform specialty hand pump. Do not over inflate, Polyform fenders should be inflated to a maximum of 2 lbs.

How to Inflate and Deflate
To Inflate
Insert the inflation needle into the center hole of the valve, then inflate with the pump.
To Deflate
Insert the needle, then it will deflate gradually and automatically.
