This 8.5″ inflatable buoy is made of chemical and UV-resistant PVC. Flexible, durable construction resists damage. Vibrant colors make this buoy ideally suited to mark anchors, moorings, or hazards, as well as swim areas or PWC race courses.Made from PVC these Lightweight but durable inflatable buoys will mark your slalom course in accordance with the AWSA specifications (American Water Ski Association.) Each buoy has a molded-in loop to fasten anchor line and contains an inflation valve for air pressure adjustment.

This does have a buoyancy of 13 pounds, so it's going to do a good job staying on top of the water for you. And it does have the air valve here on the backside that will allow you to inflate this and make sure that it is staying inflated or take some air out if you need to. This does come deflated, so you will have to inflate it for the first time, but then it should do a good job staying on top of the water, showing you which way to ski on that slalom course.
