The 742 foam tip detailing swab features a short, rounded plastic handle (2.5 to 3 inches) designed for excellent grip and precise control in tight spaces. The head is manufactured from specialized ultra-low-lint, open-cell polyurethane foam that is cleanroom-grade, processed in controlled environments to minimize ionic, particulate, and fiber contamination. The foam is thermally bonded to the handle without adhesives to prevent leaching and contamination.
