Cold forming tee machine has be revised into the special type of hydraulic press machine which can form the carbon steel tee, alloy steel tee ,and stainless steel tee by filling with the liquid in the pipe . We can produce equal tee and also can produce unequal tee on the cold forming tee machine . After forming tee , the butt weld tee main branch thickness will be increase and the length will be reduce and the branch will come in the middle of the main pipe. For the cold forming tee machine ,we are main produce the dimension is less than 400 DN .Because this type of production process need bigger hydraulic press machine so above 400 DN tee ,we usually don’t use this type cold forming tee machine . And we use the hot process for the bigger size tee. Cold forming tee machine is used for the 21 mm -406 mm seamless or erw tee and this is one time formed . The cold forming tee machine can produce carbon steel , alloy steel ,stainless steel and copper ,etc.
