1. From the hot forming elbow machine production process , the carbon steel elbow surface is very smooth and no wrinkle the thickness of the carbon steel elbow . According to the heating function, we have high frequency heating system and medium frequency heating system . We also have fire heating function . According to the client requirement ,we can choose the heating function accordingly. For the induction heating of the hot forming elbow machine ,we need the heating coil and the heating coil is made from copper.

3. Hot Pushing Elbow Machine production process use the elbow pushing machine , elbow molds and the heating system . And make the raw material pipe which is loaded on the hot pushing elbow machine go forwards and fall down then one carbon steel elbow is finished. During the pushing , the pipe will be heated and expanded and bend into elbow . Hot pushing elbow machine forming characteristic is that the weight of the raw material pipe is same as the weight of the finished elbow . So from the weight we can confirm the raw material pipe length, dimension and the thickness .
