1. Elbow cold forming machine
· Elbow making machines (elbow cold forming machines) are designed and constructed for making small radius elbows with curvature of 1.0D to 1.5D and with diameter from 1/2" to 28" of stainless steel, cabon steel, alloy steel, etc. The production standard will be ASME B16.9, ASME B16.28, DIN2605, SMS, 3A, customized drawings is preferable, These produced elbows will be widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical, Gas and Oil pipes, Electrical Power, Food, etc.
Cold Forming Elbow Machine is different from Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow Machine . For the Cold Pushing Elbow Machine, the machine molds have two parts one is outside die which contain upper die and down die . Another part of the mold is inside mandrel or inside ball .
