1. Features
a. Head pulley and return pulley are designed to drum shape,effectively to prevent belt deviation; head pulley is covered with detachable rubber coating; squirrel-cage return pulley, remarkably to reduce the broken rate of grain.
b. High strength polyester nylon bucket belt, low elongation, corrosion resistance, flame retardance, anti static.
c. High strength lightweight plastic bucket, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, light, low energy consumption.
d. Machine barrel adopts quality steel plate, using special folding process, high strength and good sealing performance.
e. Adopt screw tension or gravity tension, constant tension.
f. Assembled observation window and vent, effectively to prevent dust explosion, safe and reliable.
g. With backstop or accessory drive gear, being able to effectively prevent the blockage caused by the shutdown, easy installation and maintenance.
h. Optional speed monitoring device, deviation monitoring device, anti-blocking device and temperature monitoring device.
