1. TQDS Series Air Cushion Conveyor

Principle:

- Air is blown into an air chamber and then spayed out from small openings of the curved chute which is equipped on the top of the air chamber. Thus a thin air layer is formed, which is also called air cushion, between the curved chute and belt. The air cushion supports the belt instead of the traditional carrying roller of the belt conveyor and makes the transfer of the belt more stable and less power consumption.

- Less moving resistance, longer service span of belt, less power consumption .The running cost of the equipment can be reduced by 80%.

- Optional range of belt velocity (0.8m/s~5.0m/s). High speed brings higher capacity and higher efficiency.
