1. Intoduction
REO serial rotating extractor is widely used in pre-pressing extraction for high oil-content oilseed, and direct extraction for low oil-content oilseed. It is compact and easy to maintain and operation, gear chain or double row roller chain can be adopted as force transfer device. The speed of the motor can be adjusted by non-class or frequency conversion control system.
The basic principle is counter-fluid extraction. This equipment greatly reduces the residual oil of meal and increases the concentration of miscella.
