1. Introduction

Miscella of 25% concentration is reached when using solvent to extract flake or pre -pressed cake. Miscella evaporation is the process to evaporate most of the solvent in heating and greatly increase the oil concentration in the miscella according to the character that oil almost doesn’t evaporate but solvent is easy to evaporate because of low boiling point.

GZFQ long-pipe evaporator is subordinate to rising film evaporator, and is widely used for miscella evaporating in normal atmosphere. It has the character of long heating pipe and high evaporation efficiency. Evaporator and flash chamber is set separately, and there are 2~3 plates in flash chamber, which can prevent from overflowing effectively on the basis of guaranteeing the separation effect.
