The Scrap Metal Compactor uses a hydraulic system to drive the hydraulic cylinder, which outputs high pressure to push metal chips into the mold and cold press them into cylindrical cakes.
This scrap metal pressing machine can compress copper, aluminum, iron, steel scraps, and other wastes produced by hardware processing into single round cakes with a diameter of 80mm. It significantly saves storage space and reduces transportation costs.
Cutting oil is automatically recovered during the pressing process with a recycling rate exceeding 95%. The equipment consumes only 1.5 kilowatt-hours of electricity and can press two cakes per minute, achieving production rates of approximately 90-120 kg/hour for copper and 30-40 kg/hour for aluminum.
