How Oil Mist Removal Works

Oil mist collector also known as oil mist eliminators, efficiently remove oil mist, coolant mist, fume and steam in machine and manufacturing facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment .
It uses centrifugal separation and high-efficiency filtration technology.
The oil mist is drawn into the unit , it passes through the split cone and many stage filtration devices to filter out stray solid particles . Strong Centrifugal force pushes oil to the unit's outer case where it drains back to the machine for re-use or collection and clean air is returned to the workshop through the top of the unit.
After the oil mist is treated by the system, it is effectively collected and purified, and the collection and purification efficiency is as high as 98% or more.
