Sinter HIP Furnace Introduction

 sinter  HIP  furnace is a process technology that integrates high temperature and high pressure. The heating temperature is usually 1000 ~ 2000 ° C. The pressure of working gas can reach 10 MPa by using high pressure inert gas or nitrogen in a closed container as the pressure transmitting medium. Under the combined action of high temperature and high pressure, the direction of the workpiece is balanced and pressurized. Therefore, the processed product has high density, uniformity and excellent performance. At the same time, the technology has the characteristics of short production cycle, low process, low energy consumption and small material loss.
