Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of Metal Water Wand, Aluminum Spray Lance, Metal Water Spray Gun, Spray Nozzle, Brass Easy Connect Quick Couplings, Fittings, Hose Holders, Hose Cart and etc.

Q2. Where are your factory(s) located?

Our head office is located in Xiamen, China. And we have two factories, one is in Haicang, Xiamen, while the other is in Taizhou.

Q3. How can I get samples?

We would like to offer samples after the prices have been confirmed. However, customers need to bear the total delivery costs (of sample).

Q4. What is the payment term?

We accept payment by T/T, L/C or D/P. However, if the payment is T/T or D/P, buyers need to pay 30% of the amount in advance when the order is comfirmed.

Q5. What’s your delivery time?

Since we don’t have most of our products in stock, the shipment will be in 40 days.

Q6. How do your factory(s) do control product quality?
