Product description of the mango processing line
A mango processing line is capable of manufacturing a wide range of finished products using fresh mangoes. These products include popular items like mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, and mango juice. The processing line is designed to handle the transformation of fresh mangoes into these delicious end products, which are then packed aseptically in barrels.
The mango processing line comprises several key components: a system for receiving fresh mangoes, a cleaning system, a sorting system, a descaling system, a preheating system, a pulp preparation and refining system, a filtration system, a concentration system, a sterilization system, and an aseptic filling system. This comprehensive process ensures the production of high-quality mango products, which are then packaged in aseptic barrels for final distribution.
Mango puree in an aseptic barrel bag can be further made into mango juice, sauce drink and packed in bags, metal cans, aluminum cans, PP containers, plastic bottles, glass jars, pine nuts, etc.
