• Cleaning and Sorting: During the cleaning process, berries that do not meet quality standards are simultaneously sorted out and transported to designated areas, streamlining operations and reducing labor costs.
• Crushing: Utilizing hammering for refinement, the crushing process is shielded by the presence of nitrogen gas, ensuring optimal processing conditions.
• Juice Extraction: Specialized extraction methods are employed to enhance juice productivity, maximizing the yield of high-quality juice.
• Sterilization: Advanced UHT instant sterilization technology is utilized to preserve the color and flavor of the juice, maintaining its quality over time.
• Filling: Upon completion of juice production, the juice is aseptically stored in large sterile bags using a sterile filling machine, prolonging the juice's shelf life and preserving its freshness.
