Production Process Overview

Detailed Processing Stages
Raw Material Pretreatment: Vibrating screen removes unqualified tomatoes and impurities, high-pressure bubble cleaning with brush rollers removes surface contaminants, and flexible conveying prevents damage to tomato skins.
Crushing and Pulping: Pretreated tomatoes are crushed at low temperature using a spiral crusher to preserve nutrients. Double-stage pulping separates pulp from skin and seeds, ensuring fine pulp quality.
Seasoning, Concentration, and Sterilization: Raw pulp is automatically mixed with ingredients in intelligent blending tanks, vacuum concentrated at 60-70℃, and instantaneously sterilized at 121℃ to preserve flavor while eliminating microorganisms.
Post-Filling Treatment: Sterilized sauce is injected using drip-proof filling systems, followed by capping, labeling, coding, and boxing. Optional metal/weight detection removes unqualified products.
