Processing Functions

Crushing and Pulp Extraction: A spiral crusher operates in a low-temperature environment to retain nutrients. A double-stage pulping machine separates pulp from peel and seeds.
Concentration and Pasteurization: Vacuum concentration at 60-70°C eliminates excess water while preserving lycopene. A tubular sterilizer employs 121°C rapid sterilization to eradicate microorganisms.
Final Product Packaging: An aseptic filling system prevents secondary contamination through capping, sealing, labeling, and boxing processes. Optional metal and weight detection systems are available.
