Mango Puree Production Line – Aseptic Filling & Enzymatic Treatment for Premium Quality
This mango puree production line is specially designed for industrial-scale processing of high-quality mango puree, suitable for beverage bases, baby food, dairy products, and bakery fillings. The complete line covers: mango washing, sorting, peeling, destoning, pulping, enzymatic treatment, refining, vacuum deaeration, homogenization, UHT sterilization, aseptic filling, and CIP cleaning system.
The key advantage lies in the combination of enzymatic liquefaction and double-stage refining technology. Enzymatic treatment breaks down pectin and fibers, significantly improving juice yield and reducing viscosity, making the puree smooth and uniform. The refining system uses paddle pulpers with interchangeable screens (0.5-1.5mm), allowing adjustment of puree texture from fine to coarse according to customer requirements. The homogenizer operates at up to 40MPa, ensuring stable suspension of pulp particles and preventing sedimentation during storage.
The sterilization stage employs UHT tubular sterilizer (135-140°C for 5-10 seconds) combined with aseptic filling under sterile air protection, achieving a shelf life of 18-24 months without refrigeration. The aseptic bag filler supports 5-220L bag-in-drum or 1,000L bin options. The line is equipped with fully automatic PLC control and HMI touch screen, with recipe storage for different mango varieties (Alphonso, Kent, Tommy Atkins, etc.).
Production capacity ranges from 1 to 50 tons per hour, with customization available for small to large factories. All contact parts are food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, complying with FDA and CE standards. We provide turnkey services including line design, installation, commissioning, and operator training.
