Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

1. the size of the paper tube (diameter x height)
2. the paper material and surface handing
3. the printing color
4. the quantity
5. the payment term
If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for our reference. Samples will
be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your
reference.

Q2: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI

Q3: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
 Generally,5-7 days for samples making
- The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art etc.

For your information, one month can made about 600000pcs paper tubes.

Q4: Do you have stock products to sell?
- No.We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution etc
will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.

Q5: Do you inspect the finished products?
--Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC
department before shipping.

Q6: How do you ship the finished products?
- By sea (35-45 days,cheap,but slow,use for big volume)
- By plane (15-20days,most of our clients like this way)
- By courier, TNT,DHL, UPS,FEDEX etc. (3-7days,fast but expensive,use for small goods)
