Hardcover book printing:
Case binding is the technical term for hardcover book binding.Pages are folded,gathered and sewn.
A 'case' is made by gluing and folding a printed sheet around 3 pieces of greyboar.The pages are then glued into the case with a few extra pages called endsheets to create a complete casebound book.
The binding is used for notebooks,photo books,cook books,thick catalogues,children books,memory books,year books,religious books,coffee table books and etc.

RE: No, we don’t. We always produce the products per custom size and design.

2: How can I get a quotation?
RE: send me size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
material and surface handling (We could advise if you’re not sure)

3: What format is available for printing?
RE: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD all be fine
Resolution: no less than 300DPI, and the higher, the better.

4: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
RE: Normally, 2-3days for white sample, 5-7 days for printing sample
Leadtime for mass production 10-15 days will depend on the quantity and box style

5: Do you inspect the finished products?
RE: Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.
