Product Description:
One component polyurethane foam is used preferably for insulation and installation in the construction sector. Applications can be filling cavities, break-throughs, cracks and gaps, sound and heat insulation bonding fixing mountion, etc.
Product Features:
- Processing tempreature of the can is between 5ºC and 35ºC.
- Optimum processing temperature between 18ºC and 25ºC.
- Range of temperature resistance of cured foam is from -30ºC to 80ºC.
- The foam will adhere to material such as concrete, masonry, metal, wood, and plastic, except teflon and silicone.
- Cured foam is non-toxic.
Notice:
- All surfaces should be clean from oil, greases, loose particles and dust. Dry surfaces should be well sprayed or dampended with water.
- Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up(pay attention to foam expansion)
- The foam discharge rate can be regulated with the trigger and controlled with the flow adjustment screw.
- Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise-direction when finishing.
- Before replacing can, shake new can vigorously, unscrew empty can and immediately (within 1 minute) replace with a new foam can.
- Before curing, foam can be removed and cleaned with PU cleaner either with the gun or with adapter. Cleaning of the screw adapter with cleaner is recommended. Tack free time is 10 minutes. The foam can be cut after about 30 minutes, has cured after 1 hour and is stable within 3-5 hours( all date based on application under laboratory conditions).
It gets decomposed by direct expoure to UV rays, so painting or coating is recommended.
