Unused tents in original packaging can be returned within 30 days to MSEE Outdoor Co. in China Hangzhou. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, although MSEE is able to help with organizing the shipment for you. We will issue a refund once the item has been received, confirmed in new condition and placed back into inventory.

If you have an issue with your MSEE product, please contact us and we will determine if the cause is a manufacturing defect.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of MSEE Outdoor Co. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
