HTL-320 Chocolate Depositor Making Machine

This production line is consists of :
1. sugar grinding machine
2. fat melting tank
3. chocolate conche
4. holding tank
5. chocolate pump
6. chocolate molding line
7. chocolate mold
8. packing machine(optional)

General Features:
1. We adopt Copeland brand compressor, Omron or Schneider brand for main electrics, Nord or SEW brand for the main motor
2. The frame is MS, SS heat holding plate. Together with one piece of the distribution plate.
3. It is controlled by servo motor for accurate depositor.
4. All operation can be realized on the PLC touch screen.
5. Automatic demould,the chocolate will be conveyed by the conveyor belt.
6. The hopper can be temperature controlled.
7. The cooling area can also control the temperature
8. Fitted with one mold-heating, one depositor, one vibrating, pneumatic mould-knocking.
