Introduction of Polyester Dryer Screen
The most common dryer fabric is made of polyester, which can be divided into round polyester dryer fabric and flat polyester dryer fabric according to the different weaving and manufacturing processes. In terms of use effect, flat yarn is better than round yarn. On the one hand, the flat yarn structure can provide better paper contact surface and reduce dryer fabric marks; on the other hand, due to its geometric structure difference, flat yarn performs better in controlling dirt and adhesive residue.

Applications of Polyester Dryer Screen
Polyester woven dryer fabric is widely used in papermaking, mining, food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, rubber and other industries. It can also be used as a conveyor belt and laminating machine supporting belt. It is mainly used in the drying section to tightly wrap or carry paper, especially to ensure the transfer of wet paper webs; the flat and fine mesh design gives the paper good surface smoothness; the appropriate air permeability design matches the water evaporation requirements of paper webs at different positions; and it can also meet the operation requirements of the drying section under harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and extreme acidity and alkalinity.
