formation and dewatering. It efficiently processes the pulp suspension from the headbox, facilitating the transformation
into paper. Made primarily from high - quality polyester monofilament, this fabric comes in various structures.
The single - layer type, with simple construction, offers good air permeability and drainage, widely used in basic paper
machine forming sections. Double - layer fabrics are designed to resist longitudinal load and horizontal wrinkling, ensuring
more stable operation. The two - and - a - half - layer and triple - layer options provide enhanced fiber support and durability.
For example, the additional top - layer CD yarns in two - and - a - half - layer fabrics boost fiber support and dehydration ability.
This fabric features excellent dimensional stability, high abrasion resistance on the wire side, minimum resistance to drainage,
and leaves minimal wire marks. It can be customized in terms of weave pattern, mesh count, thread diameter, surface topography,
and air permeability to meet different papermaking requirements. Its application temperature should be below 150ºC, with tension
