Product Introduction
Polyester anti-static wire mesh belt are engineered to address friction-induced electrostatic charges generated during high-speed operation. This is achieved by integrating a network of conductive fibers, such as carbon fiber and copper wire, directly into the polyester fabric structure. These interwoven conductive elements (e.g., in round wire weft of 0.68mm or flat wire weft of 0.5*0.7mm combined with conductive threads) create a continuous path for the rapid discharge and dissipation of static electricity, effectively neutralizing charge accumulation and its associated risks.
