This specialized conveyor belt features an 8×8mm mesh pattern with PTFE (Teflon) coating applied to fiberglass mesh substrate. Designed for food drying applications, it offers exceptional non-stick properties and thermal stability.
Manufactured by coating fiberglass mesh with PTFE resin, these conveyor belts are available in various mesh sizes including 1×1mm, 2×2mm, 4×4mm, and 10×10mm. Available in single-latitude and double-latitude configurations based on warp and weft orientation.
All PTFE conveyor belts require proper joining for practical use. The quality of the joint directly impacts service life and ensures smooth conveyor line operation. Joint methods include specialized PTFE conveyor belt joints and PVC/PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt joints.
