Spiral Chain Link Conveyor Belt Description
The spiral chain link conveyor belt is also called the trapezoidal mesh belt, this belt is usually gear transmission belt, has the advantages of good air permeability, tensile force uniform, fine workmanship, this belt has good stability, flexible rolling, high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life.
Spiral chain link conveyor belt is driven with a cross rod which connects the chain strands by either passing though or under the mesh fabric. The density of the fabric is chosen according to the size of product conveyed on the belt.
Spiral chain link conveyor belt is driven by sprockets, so the bending phenomenon is not occur. Various chains could be available after adjust the belt pitch. And it is easy to attach the side guard and stopper in combination with chain and cross rod.
