What is Sintered Mesh?
Sintered mesh is manufactured through a specialized sintering process where one or multiple layers of woven wire mesh are laminated under mechanical pressure in a high-temperature furnace. This diffusion bonding process creates rigid, durable filter screens with enhanced mechanical properties and precise filtration capabilities.
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing begins with single-layer woven wire mesh being evenly flattened to ensure optimal contact at wire intersections. Multiple layers are then laminated under mechanical pressure in a controlled high-temperature environment, where sintering (diffusion bonding) occurs. After controlled cooling, the mesh becomes rigid with all contact points permanently bonded.
