Product Introduction
Micron grade nylon filter mesh is woven from PA6 or PA66 monofilament yarn in plain or twill weave. It has a smooth surface, uniform structure and mesh count range for industrial, medical and other filtration applications
This can have a plain weave or double warp construction and can be used for filtration, screening, sieving or grinding applications, from the production of filter bags and screens to injection moulding for special filtration applications.
Nylon filter cloth has the strongest wear resistance among the three commonly used filter cloths of polypropylene, polyester and cotton. It is frequently found in abrasive dust and wet abrasive solids filtration applications where abrasion resistance plays an important role.
To meet a variety of applications, nylon filter cloths, including staple and multifilament, can be woven in plain, leno and dyed patterns for fine particle filtration.

Thread Diameter is specified as the diameter of the thread in microns.Yarn sizes in both warp and weft directions are the same.
Mesh Opening is the size or space between threads.The mesh opening is the result of the combination of the mesh count and yarn size.Mesh opening will determine the size or amount of material that will pass through the fabric.
