Product Introduction:
Polyester sludge dewatering mesh belt have two type: one is the spiral dryer mesh belt, another is weaved by the different weaving way, because of its special structure, it have smaller air permeability. Both of this two types was mainly used for sludge dehydration, paper pulp and juice squeeze, mine smelting, mine tailing disposal and other pressure filtration industries.

Features of the belt:
It is made of monofilament and multifilament with special cross-section, which can intercept materials of 2-10 microns, and the material is easy to glass
The high-strength joint process makes the product joint firmly, not easy to break the vacuum, and therefore has a long service
life.
We can add fillings according to customers' requirements to change the air permeability.
It has stable structure, also, good water and heat resistance (up to 180℃)
